Bought out First National Bank. I have never had so much anger at ANY banking experience, but now I still can't add my card to Google Wallet. I had to spend an entire afternoon and evening updating ALL my autopays, and now this. I am SO close to finding another bank or a credit union and ditching this crap.
Highly recommend not banking with this bank. Never in my life have I seen such unprofessionalism after 20+plus years with them The last 3 times I've had to go to the bank has been a nightmare. The bank manager Ashley is rude and unprofessional. They will restrict your card with no notice and no reason and then you have to pay phone tag to get it resolved. First National Bank in Winnebago is not a good bank.. We couldn't shop online because scammers would get are information quickly. Went to Chicago to the zoo. Couldn't pay to park because their cards don't swipe. I have a account and might shop like a normal person, due to scammers trying to get into our account, the bank took my card away.
