Christina Lemonds Was the one that opened my account And then she just answered a phone call today with some questions from me. She was one of the most efficient and knowledgeable and helpful people In a service job That I have ever dealt with. She not only had the answers to my questions but knew the bank system well enough to tell me what to navigate and how, With amazing detail. From a client perspective I would have her train all of your people On systems And how you service clients! You are very fortunate to have her!

I've been banking here for a number of years. What sets this branch apart are the awesome, kind, and professional people who work here. The Branch Manager Tina has been great to work with. We had an urgent matter that she was able to quickly resolve for us. They truly care about their customers and it shows. I highly recommend this bank for your financial needs.

I could not be more grateful to have a local bank that is not only nice to bank with but you also know they really care about their customers. Tina and her team went above and beyond to help me refinance my home. They took a complicated situation that others were unwilling to work with and made it possible. I truly can’t even express how grateful I am. Communication was great, the process was smoother than I ever expected. I am so happy to have a local bank with real people to help when I need it.

My wife and I have been holders of multiple accounts with Bank of Oak Ridge for decades now, and each and every interaction we have with their staff simply couldn't be any more pleasant. They treat us like family, listen to our needs, and go out of their way to ensure all our questions are answered completely. They are an absolute pleasure to deal with, and I highly recommend them for any and all banking needs. They are truly outstanding.

I absolutely love Robin, her customer service is beyond amazing! I wouldn’t wanna work with anyone else and she makes conducting business so easy! She greeted me with the warmest smile and handled all of my needs in a very timely manner and was still able to get to know me as a customer. Highly recommend working with Robin for all of your needs.
