I came in the day before last and worked with Christina Lamonds, and Hannah Clark. They both are so knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and kind. It creates a warm and comfortable environment.The Bank of Oak Ridge has the most upstanding, helpful, meticulous staff that goes the extra mile for their clients. I've been banking here for a number of years. What sets this branch apart are the awesome, kind, and professional people who work here. The Branch Manager Tina has been great to work with. We had an urgent matter that she was able to quickly resolve for us. They truly care about their customers and it shows. I highly recommend this bank for your financial needs.
I absolutely love Robin, her customer service is beyond amazing! I wouldn’t wanna work with anyone else and she makes conducting business so easy! She greeted me with the warmest smile and handled all of my needs in a very timely manner and was still able to get to know me as a customer. I could not be more grateful to have a local bank that is not only nice to bank with but you also know they really care about their customers. Tina and her team went above and beyond to help me refinance my home. They took a complicated situation that others were unwilling to work with and made it possible.
