I have been banking with Bank of Oakridge for about 8 years. The customer service is exceptional. I feel like an important customer every time I am in the bank, and everyone remembers both me and my mom. Robin, at the Pisgah Church branch, helped us open both checking and savings accounts. Robin explained what Bank of Oak Ridge offers and handled all the paperwork. Robin was patient with us and answered all of our questions. Robin was courteous and very pleasant to work with. This was exactly the kind of experience we were looking for from a neighborhood bank.
