Made an account, had deposits. Was satisfied with how everything was working until I actually had to deal with some of the people that work at the physical locations. Made a joint account with my fiance and deposited $2500 right away. We just purchased a home (not with oak ridge bank). We very simply wanted a personal loan for 7500 both of our credits scores are 700+. They are so outdated and dont know how to do current business practices. Robin, at the Pisgah Church branch, helped us open both checking and savings accounts. Robin explained what Bank of Oak Ridge offers and handled all the paperwork.
