The Bank of Oakridge Pisgah Branch is one of the best banking branches in the city of Greensboro. The staff is a delight to deal with and are consistently friendly, professional, helpful, and competent. The branch manager, Christina L. Is, by far, the most competent banker I have worked with. This is a branch I recommend you explore banking with.
Tanesha Singletary had very good customer service skills. Very patient with me and walk me through it step by step. Very knowledgeable and friendly. She took her time with me and that made me comfortable. Explained everything in details to me and didn’t rush through it. Thanks for you excellent customer service experience today.
I worked with Christina on securing a HELOC for a somewhat unusual situation. She was very responsive, took time to explain everything and answer all my questions. It was an all around seamless, great experience!
