I have been banking with Bank of Oakridge for about 8 years. The customer service is exceptional. I feel like an important customer every time I am in the bank, and everyone remembers both me and my mom. Hannah at the Pisgah Church branch it the best customer service representative I have ever dealt with. She is kind and very professional. I could not be more grateful to have a local bank that is not only nice to bank with but you also know they really care about their customers. Tina and her team went above and beyond to help me refinance my home. They took a complicated situation that others were unwilling to work with and made it possible. I truly can’t even express how grateful I am. Communication was great, the process was smoother than I ever expected. I am so happy to have a local bank with real people to help when I need it.

I've been banking here for a number of years. What sets this branch apart are the awesome, kind, and professional people who work here. The Branch Manager Tina has been great to work with. We had an urgent matter that she was able to quickly resolve for us. They truly care about their customers and it shows. I highly recommend this bank for your financial needs.
We set up a new business account, and we had no idea what to do, but Christina Lamonds told us what we needed to do. We did what she asked us to do, and we now have a new business account with the bank and will be calling on Christina for all our banking needs.
