I worked with Christina on securing a HELOC for a somewhat unusual situation. She was very responsive, took time to explain everything and answer all my questions. It was an all around seamless, great experience!
Garbage. They ask too many personal questions. Not related to the bank and how they serve you. Questions like "do you live around here?" Do you have a job? What exactly do you do? Seemed racist and the manager said oh will he pass the patriotic act test or some crap. I was cashing a college check.... that's it
Working with bank of Oakridge is truly a pleasure. When you call the bank an actual person picks up at the local branch which is amazing considering all big banks outsource these calls now. Set up my HSA with them and now considering moving all my business to them just because they are friendly easy to work with and I can get someone on the phone if/when I have an issue or need assistance.
We applied for a Home Equity Line of Credit through Christina at the Pisgah Church Road Bank of Oak Ridge and could not have been served any better!
