I returned the phone call and left a message but no one called back. Then a different person emailed me, so I just let it go. The reason is because the review leaves the main info needed, so why reiterate and you tell me what a great employee you have and how this has never happened. I kinda know how this goes. Highly recommend Jennifer Gross and team. She kept expenses low and got us the best rate possible. She understands the buyer's view and advocates aggressively for the best possible deal. We've done multiple loans with her and plan to do our next one with her as well.

After a previous loan officer fell through on his promise and put our contract in jeopardy McKenzie stepped up, and along with his staff managed to get my loan on time. I was very pleased with his promptness, his communication, and his professionalism. I would highly recommend using him.
