The experience was terrible; customer service was awful, and they were not friendly at all. The treatment was disrespectful. I had to make an international transfer, and they assigned me a girl who had no idea what she was doing—she kept asking questions, and her colleague didn’t know the process either. Meanwhile, the “manager” was nearby, just watching without helping the girl. I had to correct the formats three times because the cashier couldn’t do it correctly. I visited this bank while working in the city and cashed checks here. The tellers were always friendly and professional. Their rates are not great but on par with the rest of the area.
