This is the first time I used the Cabot Baptist urgent care. My wait time was minimal. The facility was very clean and well-maintained. And most importantly, all of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The nurse that handled my initial care and took my x-rays was extremely Professional, funny and had a very good personality about her. I have been to this location more times than I can count. I was very hesitant after the old UC closed and I HATE the other Baptist UC down the road (would rather drive an hour away than ever go back). Glad I took the chance and gave them a try. Hands down one of the best urgent cares I’ve ever been to, and I am a nurse, and have lived in and visited several states. NP Hageman is top notch. This is my first experienced using the Cabot Baptist urgent care. The facility was very clean and well-maintained. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The nurse was professional, funny and had a very good personality.The test for Covid and flu were very quick and thankfully negative.
The staff at Cabot Urgent care were very compassionate & helped us avoid going to the ER. Its 1st come 1st serve...so the wait can get long, but they take quality time with each patient.
This is the worst excuse for an urgent care I have ever been to. I went on a Monday over three weeks ago and the first time they seen me they listened to me and looked in my ears and said nothing was wrong with me paid my copay and went on. Four days later feeling like absolute crap I had gotten worse went in and they told me I had a sinus infection and an ear infection gave me some antibiotics and steroids and sent me on my way paid again.
