First visit to the Baptist Health Urgent Care and was highly impressed with the team. I had to complete a registration form and by the time I was finished with it, they called me back. I ended up having strep and they were very thorough of all this things I needed to do to get better. They called in my scripts to my pharmacy. Friendly staff and a quick in and out...with paper instructions on my care.

They quit taking sooner care. Did not let us know before making appointment. Web site states they take it.

Absolutely horrible place. First of all they require the patient to fill out the registration forms online while in the lobby, however they have no wifi. I asked the receptionist why they don't have wifi and she stated that the clinic does have wifi however the management won't provide them with the password. They also require a credit card or a debit card on file. Ridiculous and Unethical!! They require the debit card or credit card because if the insurance is slow paying the charges, they steal money from the patient.

Made an appointment- there was one ahead of me and the person did not fill out any information online which delayed everybody by 25 minutes. And they wouldn't take me first they were taking walk-ins before an appointment and I did everything online. I asked if I had to wait because the first person didn't fill out anything ahead of time and was told yes. Walked out very disappointed in their "care." Terrible patient management

I scheduled an appointment to see if I broke my hand; at 10:40 was told to show up 30 mins early cause I'm a new patient. New to the state; searched the first place close by. Checked in at 10:02. Was told to stay in my car til they called me. Didn't get called back til 11:20 to a room. Left me in a cold room. No one checked on me or bothered with me. Doctor / nurse practitioner; didn't come in til 12:16. Poked and flipped my hand. Left and said I had to wait for the lady to get back to do an X-ray. Spent a whole minute ... read more

Normally I would have went somewhere else but they were the only clinic with appointments for COVID 19 testing on a Friday. It has been over 7 days and they still have not provided results or anyone you can talk to about them. At first the admitted to call screening based on caller id and it was not until I called from another number did they answer my call. I understand times are tough but waiting this long for something simple when others have gone to this same clinic after have gotten results is ridiculous. Would recommen... read more
