We had the best experience here. From wait time to “bedside manner” to professionalism to knowledge to just being personable and the friendliness of ALL staff present, we will definitely be using this walk in the next time one is needed. APRN Tami Bell and her staff were top notch and set apart from other walk in experiences we’ve had. No complaints, only praise!
The staff was absolutely amazing! I went in on Friday morning and was seen very quickly. I had to bring my daughter with me and the staff was so sweet when she started to get fussy. They took a bad situation and made it a lot better. Thankful for them and for feeling better!
This clinic is conveniently located (not too far from Creekmore Park). I made an appointment for right after work and waited less than five minutes to be called back. Once I was called back, I was almost immediately seen by a friendly, thorough, professional and competent nurse practitioner. The entire staff called me by name. The registration process was easy. Fast, friendly and listened to me as I discussed my symptoms. Also, the entire place was really clean, they take pride in how patients perceive their clinic.. Prescribed what was best for me, I’m sure I’ll visit again someday! Thanks!
Absolutely horrendous. Wife made an appointment at 10:20 and has been waiting for over two hours to get seen. Finally gets back in a room and they "forget" about her and she sat there for another hour before she had to step out and say something and then they saw her right away after they forgot about her. Do not use this location. Go to the other one. Awful experience.
