This clinic is conveniently located (not too far from Creekmore Park). I made an appointment for right after work and waited less than five minutes to be called back. Once I was called back, I was almost immediately seen by a friendly, thorough, professional and competent nurse practitioner. The entire staff called me by name. The registration process was easy. Absolutely horrendous. Wife made an appointment at 10:20 and has been waiting for over two hours to get seen. Finally gets back in a room and they "forget" about her and she sat there for another hour before she had to step out and say something and then they saw her right away after they forgot about her. Do not use this location. Go to the other one. Awful experience.
Fast, friendly and listened to me as I discussed my symptoms. Also, the entire place was really clean, they take pride in how patients perceive their clinic.. Prescribed what was best for me, I’m sure I’ll visit again someday! Thanks!
We have visited this location 3-4 times, and the staff is always so professional, friendly, and provides quick, effective care. Highly recommend.
Receptionist was amazing! The staff all but one was amazing, The doctor was amazing, the wait tome was long , but they did their best to keep us posted and make sure we were ok during the wait and make sure to keep us posted how much longer it would be !!!
