If I ever have to go to a walk-in clinic again I will always choose this one! They go above and beyond to give their patients the best experience they can. I couldn't get to the clinic until 45 minutes before they were supposed to close. I hate being that person, but they assured me everything would be fine and took me back to start my exam. They treated me like a real person and as a recovering addict, I really appreciate that! They stayed an extra 2 hours to help me!I would recommend this walk-in clinic to anyone!
This urgent care was one of the best I have been to. Very friendly & helpful. Randy the provider gave me what I needed for my issue. Would highly recommend!
We had the best experience here. From wait time to “bedside manner” to professionalism to knowledge to just being personable and the friendliness of ALL staff present, we will definitely be using this walk in the next time one is needed. APRN Tami Bell and her staff were top notch and set apart from other walk in experiences we’ve had. No complaints, only praise!
The staff was absolutely amazing! I went in on Friday morning and was seen very quickly. I had to bring my daughter with me and the staff was so sweet when she started to get fussy. They took a bad situation and made it a lot better. Thankful for them and for feeling better!
Somewhat of an extended wait but once S.Brown made her rounds to me, the experience was Awesome. I’m four days into treatment and I can tell a positive improvement.
