I have been to this clinic 3 or 4 times. All times I experienced the same are, etc. Never made an appointment but was seen within 10 minutes after I signed in. All medical staff were professional, courteous and knowledgeable as well as the front desk staff. Highly recommend this clinic.
This review has more to do with their business practices. You pay your copay (totally fine). But before you are seen, they demand a copy of your method of payment. This is to ensure they get paid. I objected. When i get my explanation of benefits from insurance co. I'd be happy to settle up with them. Nothin doin. It's their way or you don't get seen. That visit was at least two months ago. Today i discover a nearly 300.00 charge on my debit card. And I still dont have my eob from my insurance company. I will never go there... read more
