I brought my son to the clinic due to a persistent fever. The staff was very friendly, and the APRN was excellent. She thoroughly explained everything to both my son and me and was very helpful. I will continue to come here and would recommend this clinic to anyone in need.

Brian, NP removed my sutures. I'm from out of town. I needed to get my sutures removed. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The clinic is very nice and clean. The wait wasn't long at all! Keep up the good work!!

This place was great! My wife got a fracture in her foot while walking the dog. This was five minutes from the house and had no wait. They were able to take x-rays on site and send them to the radiologist. The doctor and staff were extremely friendly and thoughtful. A way better experience than going to the ER and waiting hours. We came back the next day to get a walking boot when the swelling went down. I appreciated not having to bring my kids to the ER during flu season as well.

Baptist Health Urgent care, West Part 2: Tia Wallace called me this morning and apologized for the long wait... which was nice. Then I went on to say how I actually thought they were part of Baptist Health Systems (which they are not). I told her that all the medical information that I shared with (Medicare card, secondary insurance card, birthday, etc.)...I would like some assurance that this information was or would be deleted. She said she would have to speak with her supervisor about that and she would call me back in ... read more

Extremely Disappointed with Dr. Angela's Attitude I normally don't leave reviews, but this experience was beyond unacceptable. I visited the urgent care at 6805 Cantrell Rd hoping for professional and compassionate care, and instead, I was met with Dr. Angela's cold, dismissive, and condescending attitude. Her tone was rude, and she delivered information as if I was wasting her time rather than seeking help for a genuine medical concern. went in to get cream for a burn on my arm, and muscle relaxers for my neck from a car wreck. The person who saw me gave me higher strength Tylenol and muscle relaxers. I did not feel like I was being listened to and when I told him I was in a bad car wreck he said "we get this all the time" I was treated like all the other car wreck victims. go anywhere else if you want actual care.

Waited an hour and a half and apparently the doctor is blind because he didn't see the 15+ blisters in the back of my throat. Was more worried about a skin lesion than my main concern. Very disappointed.

The reason I'm giving this clinic two stars is because they got my lab results mixed up. Before I left the clinic, I received a paper copy of my CBC and was told the rest of the lab was going to take a day or so to come back which was fine. However when the results of the rest of my lab work came back, the CBC results were different from the ones I received before I left the clinic.
