this place is amazing! the front desk lady was so sweet and took time to really understand what was going on. when i arrived there was a lot of people but the line went down pretty quick. once the line was down the office was closed but they still took time to get me seen and prescribe me the best medicine for me. the nurse was joking with me and the doctor was super sweet and took time to understand what i was feeling. before i left the doctor told me some way to prevent my illness and how to manage it until my medication w... read more

The time she took to explain things and the routes we needed to go, importance of my health getting better and answering any questions I had about her plan of care was appreciated. She made me feel comfortable. She talked to me in a way I understood and never did she make me feel judged for poor health choices I have made before this visit. I cannot say enough good things about the care received. As a nurse, I have high expectations. The staff here has met and exceeded my wants and wishes. I highly reccomend them. My wait time was minimal and the care and compassion shown to me was top notch.

Awesome staff. I was in and out in under 30 mins with X-rays and all. I was in a lot of pain and they were very understanding of my limited movements. They really went the extra mile to keep my as comfortable as possible. And on top of everything they were just really nice people.

I am allergic to products containing dextromethorphan. The doctor prescribed me benzonatate, which did not work. When I called the clinic the next day to try and have them prescribe me something different, I was told they can do nothing for me. I have a severe case of the flu, and was not taken care of. This clinic does not care about delivering quality patient care and satisfaction. Dr. Sherwood specifically should be ashamed of himself. Apparently don't go on Sunday, after 50 minutes of sitting in the waiting room waiting for the front desk to figure out how to sign in. Absolutely phenomenal you can't figure out how to sign in for a hour but the app works just fine and everyone else can see who has appointments and who has checked in.
