I visited this office for the first time today. All staff were friendly and professional. It was a clean and welcoming environment.
Nothing to do with The care , I took my wife in for a cough and cold , told the black lady at front desk about the trash they had on one of the TV's with several children coming in and out , they had on a network with drag queens and 80 percent of people on the judging of a good prep show , very disgusting , the lady said ok and walked away for a minute and never did anything , I did not know this place was Woke and just can't believe this mess , I would not recommend anyone to this place !
This will be long.......In 66 years, it was my worst overall experience ever with a clinic visit. The care during the actual appointment was good. They were thorough in testing, and pleasant to interact with. The problem began after the visit. The exam determined a 102.9 fever and an infection that caused me significant pain. The provider said I'd need an antibiotic injection, and they would call in an oral antibiotic and a mild prescription pain med. Walked in an right back out because no one tried to help just sent us right to the er with only leg craps
I will NEVER go back. I went in with really bad knee pain. My normal dr. was booked and I couldn't get in for days. Well I already had this pain for a few days and it was just getting worse. The lady there gave me a diagnosis of fluid in my knee And told me to see my normal dr. In a week. She put a brace on my knee. I had a rash on my knee as well that showed up that day or so. The name "Urgent Care" has a different meaning at this facility. Experiencing some ear problems so I go in for an appointment and the Doctor there was the least helpful human being that I have ever met. She offered absolutely zero insight as to what the problem might be and told me she would have to refer me to an ear, nose and throat doctor.... Went a full week without hearing from anyone and then Urgent care decides to follow up with me to see how I'm doing. Relayed that I would be doing much better if I had been contacted... read more
