I'm a truck driver. Had an urgent situation that I decided en route to my destination should be addressed. I chose this city because I was in pain and it was the closest. I chose this urgent care facility because of its ratings and proximity to the truck stop. Hesitant because of the unfamiliarity, I made my way in. Everyone I saw was pleasant. I had a very good experience at this Clinic! I had an infection that was resistant to many antibiotics. The Nurse Practitioner gave me the right kind and my infection cleared up! She was very nice. I only had to wait about 15 minutes to get back to see her. I would recommend.

I appreciated how thorough the NP was and the detailed treatment plan she made. She was also very personable and never made me feel silly for asking weird questions. I highly recommend this urgent care!

This is an amazing facility. They are clean and exactly the type of manners you look forward to seeing in your medical staff. They treatment with the most respect. They made my appointment with the surgeon. And made sure I didn't hurt too bad. This is the second time I have used them. And both times have had Sarah as my APN. She has literally gone from making me an appointment to saving my life. I mean this literally. This is the best place to go for all you non emergency medical needs.

If I could give this place a negative I WOULD. We arrived at 1:20 for a 2:00 appt. they said we can wait in the car or wear a mask and wait in the waiting room. My husband just needed a quick covid test that he gets weekly for work. No symptoms just to prove he's negative. Well there was ONE person waiting in the waiting room and ONE person in the parking lot. I went to the urgent care for a terrible ear infection and they said they would call me in an antibiotic but my pharmacy closed early so I called the urgent care team back to get them to send the antibiotic to Walmart across the street. I went to Walmart and they never got the prescription so I called back and asked them to please send it to Walmart and she said she would and now it's Sunday and Walmart has still not received my script. Very friendly staff, but 2.5 hour wait time and they did not appears to be very busy.
