I had the absolute best service this evening. I walked in 15 minutes before they closed and everyone was extremely polite. They kept reassuring me that it wasn't a big deal that it was 15 minutes before closing time! I needed a Covid test because of mild symptoms and a possible exposure and they got it taken care of quickly. I left about 15-20 minutes after they closed and I apologized for keeping them late. They reassured me again that they would be there anyway and I had no reason to apologize. I'll definitely use this loc... read more

I have been to this clinic several times and have brought my daughter, for rapid Covid testing. The process is fast and easy. Just go inside, check in on a pad, and wait in your car until they text you to come in. The longest I have waited is an hour when they were very busy, but it's usually 20 minutes. The physicians and staff are very kind and professional. I highly recommend this clinic.

Urgent Care is a joke! After checking in I sat for a full hour even though their website update said "check-in time 5:27....0 patients ahead of you" All I had was a splinter of foreign object in the bottom of my foot I needed someone other than my wife to lay eyes on....Then an admin person takes my vitals and wants me to go through my entire medical history...I'm 68 years old...with a splinter in my foot...really? if I could leave no stars I would but I can't so I guess they can have one. not only are the staff UNPLEASANT. the hours on the door are not what they go by. making their own hours went two places only to be turned away because they were obviously ready to be off work. another sorry medical professional experience. should have expected it knowing I was trying to go to baptist health. won't waste my time again. never have a doctor actually there.

We brought our foster child in due to a persistent cough. We had COVID tested her at home and she was negative. They did not take Medicaid, so we asked how much it would cost. It was $120, so my husband just paid out of pocket so we could get her care then. They wanted to COVID and flu test her and my husband said "No, we don't need that." They said "oh, don't worry. They change their pricing depending on the day you come. One day I came for antibody testing and it was billed to insurance. On another day I came it was $80 per person. When I requested an itemized bill to file with my insurance I was told to contact the billing office. How can they charge your credit card and not provide an itemized bill for services rendered. I would rather bleed to death than use the services of this scam like faux health operation.

I don't usually write reviews but something needs to be said! My husband and I needed to get tested for Covid so I called to see what we needed to do and to ask if there was a wait. This woman answered the phone I asked if there was a wait and this is what she said, "are you in the parking lot?" To which I replied no. She continues and says "we can't give you a wait time if you're not in the parking lot." and then just hangs up on me. Literally didn't give me any time to ask anything else.
