I didn't have a bad experience at all. I got in and out and had to bring my two small children with me. The sign in process was made simple, staff was friendly, and I would return if I had another minor issue.
I understand that COVID makes everything take longer, however, I was told that it would be a "20 minute wait" and 3 hours later I still do not have any results.
If I could give less than a star I would. They refuse to answer the phones. They don't upload test results on patient portal. They allow you to make an appointment online and even confirm it via text prior to the appt time however when you arrive after leaving work early, you get there to find out they are closed. But again you can't call to check on anything because they won't answer phones. Horrible. I originally used the website SolvHealth to book an office visit for a COVID test Christmas Eve at 1:00. I arrived to the clinic parking lot at 12:30pm on Christmas Eve and called the clinic to check in for my 1:00 appointment. I asked the receptionist over the phone how much my visit would be if I did not have insurance and was self pay. She told me that an office visit would be $120 but that since it was Christmas Eve she would switch my appointment to Telemedicine and I would only have to pay $70 for my visit an... read more
This place is beyond ridiculous! I been here since 8:30a.m and it's now 11:43 and I am still sitting in the waiting room. The just don't make since for this clinic to be this slow! I will definitely not recommend this clinic to anyone and will not be returning!!!
Complete nightmare. Can't get referrals. Can't receive or find out where my prescription was sent. The nurse practitioner was uninterested and unconcerned with my problems, and I did not receive proper medical care. Highly highly do not recommend. A joke for a medical establishment. Wish I could give less than one star.
This is my second time here with an appointment. Today's appointment was for 10:50 AM it is now 11:24 AM and still have not been seen. There is no one in the lobby except for one woman who came in after me and mysteriously she just was taken to the back before me. This will be my last time coming here. I don't care if I'm half dead or not!. It's now 12:23 and now I'm just trying to check out! One person at the desk and the lobby is packed
