So far the experience with the orthodontic side has not been great. I have 0 complaints about the dentistry side. It’s very hard to get an appointment at a reasonable time. What ever your appointment is, expect to be seen at least 30-40 min later than that time. I’ve been calling the office for 4 days to reschedule an appointment that’s in 3 weeks(June 24) and they just called me back to reschedule. My family and I were visiting from out of state and my son lost several rubber bands off of his braces. We came to Babtiste orthodontics in hopes they would help. They were very friendly and, while they couldn't apply the bands to his braces without making him a patient, they gave us the bands to replace the ones he lost and gave some helpful tips on reapplying them. We technically haven't been treated by the staff here, but if we lived in Florida they would be a place we would want to do business with

**NEGATIVE 5 STARS. Please don't waste your time or money here.** My daughter had braces for four years with this practice, and we faced nothing but issues. Throughout her treatment, she consistently complained about jaw pain. The X-rays showed that her wisdom teeth were present, yet the orthodontist failed to address this critical issue. When my daughter expressed her discomfort about wearing the retainer because of the pain, the orthodontist was shockingly rude. We love the dentistry office for kids so naturally this was the only place I had ever taken my daughter and the only place I intended to take her when it was time for braces. We got x-rays taken about 6 months ago and in preparation for her next appointments coming up we wanted a copy of them just to review/compare. Before responding to my request she asked if we were planning on using their office for orthodontics. I responded honestly stating that "We hoped to so yeah, maybe." The team was friendly and professional. My daughter felt comfortable in the office. Doctor is very knowledgeable. Will definitely continue my daughter's treatment at this office.
