The place was great, everyone was nice, everything was clean. I saw the provider and was able to get my braces on the same day. It didn’t take long at all. I will be bringing my daughter in soon to see if she needs braces. I definitely recommend everyone to come and see Dr. Baptiste he is amazing, I can’t remember the young lady who assist with putting my braces but I love her she is awesome. Please check them out if you want great service!!! If I could give 10 stars ✨ I would.
When we became a patient here they told us our insurance (guardian) was accepted. Come to find out after visiting 3 times now they do not accept our insurance and it’s out of network, despite them telling us that we were in network. Due to their error we ended up having to pay money for a simple dental cleaning for our son, which should have been covered under his yearly cleanings. Do better!
Baptiste Orthodontics was willing to work with my son's Medicaid insurance. My son who was born with a cleft lip and some gum/tooth abnormalities as a result of it qualified for Medicaid to pay for part of his braces. Thankfully, Dr Baptiste who has extensive experience working with cleft children, accepts Medicaid dental, so we chose to drive an hour to Orlando from our home in Brevard County to see him specifically. My husband took our daughter for a consultation and they both told me it was a smooth process. The office staff were nice and friendly. The dentist himself took time to answer questions my daughter had. So far so good on this braces journey!
