I really enjoyed my intake appointment with Barbara. She made me feel at ease and like I could really share how I feel. I never felt ashamed or like I had to hide anything that I need to say.

Never had more difficulty working with a team, just massive breakdown in communication, over 4 5 attempts to meet a provider and either they werent trained in what i was looking for, or just no shows on the providees part! I went through the VA and spoke with multiple office personal through this team with so many reassurances this was actually going to fall through with the provider not following through, or just gone.
