I’ve had such a positive experience! Libby is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and knowledgeable. I am grateful to have found such a patient and caring healthcare provider. I love that Lifestance offers a user-friendly patient portal to communicate with the provider. She has always been responsive anytime I’ve needed to message her. The office staff I’ve interacted with have also been friendly and helpful. Overall, no complaints whatsoever :)
Libby is great. She is very patient trying to get the right medication to work for you. She explains everything to you that she’s going to change. She is very interested in your well being and if there is anything going on she needs to n know or help with. Good change for me.
Libby is phenomenal. She’s extremely attentive and I have enjoyed our conversations. Truly a caregiver at heart with the utmost concern about her patients’ welfare.
I’ve only been to Libby once so far but I hope to keep her as my np. She’s awesome. She’s down to earth. I feel very comfortable around her and that’s been hard to find. I think she genuinely cares about my issues. I highly recommend her.
Very knowledgeable and professional. She listens to everything I have to say and is extremely personable. She also asks what I would feel comfortable with and works with me. Highly recommend.
