Therapy isn’t supposed to be easy but LifeStance and, in particular, my therapist, Dr. Barbara Stanley, make working on my issues as easy as it can be. Dr. Stanley is very insightful. She listens. She is kind but doesn’t hesitate to speak the truth. I highly recommend her services!
Barbara Stanley was the worst. It was an awful experience. Do not recommend her at all. She was cruel and unsympathetic. You’ll need therapy to recover from 50 minute session with her.
