Barbara has helped me to manage my depression and anxiety. Reminding me that the decisions I make have an effect on my day to day life, and so of course, have an affect on my mental health. Wonderful therapist. She is helpful ,kind and tell you how it is. I recommend Barbara because she listen to you and give you helpful tools to use.
She was very rude, dismissive, and cold especially during a testing process which causes issues in my family with me. Do all of your cognitive testing and therapy outside of this agency at much better places. I'm so glad that this part of my life is behind me forever and I now go to a much better therapy, psychiatry, and neurological places.
