Understand it is completely my fault, but our heating oil is completely empty. Being in 20 degree weather and having no heat, you would think your delivery would be considered important. Not with this company. I was told they can't give us a time frame but before the end of the week. They are fine with going about normal deliveries, who have heat in their house. Been out of fuel for days and still no delivery, made a family member wait 11 days once when they were out. In response to your response to my review, so the customers know: I was Asked not to prepay by your secretary, and paid on Friday when delivery was scheduled instead. It was offered to be paid on that Thursday, and I do understand the need to fill early. Thank you for working to fill my tank today, however I will be moving forward with a new company.
Stopped getting oil from them several years ago. Delivery driver left bill in the door. I sent a check paying it in full. Then received another bill in the mail saying I owed an additional $60. I called and said I paid my bill in full and asked why I got another bill. I was told the delivery driver billed me incorrectly and that I owed another $60. I told them I paid the bill in full and it wasn't my fault the driver figured it out wrong. It was the driver's fault, let them eat it. Will never, ever get oil from them ... read more
Girls there are Great! However the Owner is Very Arrogant ! Due to elderly Mother We had a few differences and settled. I tried to do A cash pay and was told no oil delivery to Us! Will never recommend Them to Anyone!
Great customer service and competitive pricing. We get all of our heating oil from them, and they did a solid job installing a new furnace for us 3 years ago.
