Convenient location but the barber did not seem to know what she was doing. She spent several minutes telling the client before me that his hair shape meant she couldn't give him a good haircut and then done the same to me. I asked her to stop cutting my fringe because it was looking so awful and I thought it's best to let a proper barber correct it. Plus it was £16 for an awful cut. Just had another amazing hair cut from Andy. Been coming here for the last 5 years and will always wait until Andy is free. Always does an incredible cut and is really easy to talk to. I won't go to anyone else. Professional and friendly I would 100% recommend to anyone.
I have been to this barbershop before with no negative experience at all. But this time was awful, as I have read in other comments about the same barber this Portuguese barber was just rude, didn't listen to what I told them and was just generally bad. Furthermore, they seemed more interested in talking to someone else who was waiting for another barber to arrive. Called into Barbershop at Morrisons, Chester on Friday 23 May at about mid day. No appointment, seen straight away by Andy. Excellent: simple but stylish cut at a bargain price of £12. I was a bit vague to start with about what I needed ("tidy and a lot shorter") but, guided a bit and able to define what I needed as Andy progressed, I was delighted with the result. I shall use this as my regular barbers now.
