My mother has been in Landmark for over 3 months and has had wonderful care. She has had multiple issues requiring in house and outside provider appointments and the nurses Billie and Kendra have always kept all very organized. These nurses have also always shown so much compassion not only with my mother, but I have witnessed with many other patients. Melissa in administration has also been wonderful with helping our family in every way. We appreciate all of the Landmark staff.

Last week we had the best town hall meeting I have ever seen in a nursing home before. The staff was provided with great education and they were able to meet all of the managers that they didn't know, and we was able to meet them. I know that at least 2 nurses told me it was the best meeting that they had ever been to. 🙂

Landmark is hands down the best nursing facility in Bardstown. My nana was a patient there and I have several aunts who have also been taken care of at Landmark. They received exceptional care. You can tell that everyone who works there truly cares about what’s best for the patients.

The staff members are very concerned with their residents. The facility is always clean and they strive for this. Our experience with the nurses and CNA ‘s has been an enjoyable one.

My dad was there for 14 days and NEVER got a bath! They gave him baby wipe baths but seriously!!! On his 1st day there he was in so much pain due to the way they transported him from Frazier rehab. Frazier fault not theirs. He was literally face between his knees because he was in a regular wheelchair and should have been on a gurney. Not one nurse came to his aid. My brother stepped into the hallway and said he needed help getting dad in the bed. They used an old outdated lift to get him in the bed and jerked him around an... read more
