I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Carey and his staff. They provided the utmost concern and care for my experience as a wisdom tooth removal patient. His staff Cassandra eased my nerves and asked what type of music would calm me right before she gave me anesthesia. Her kindness and compassion soothed my anxiety before going under. From the secretary Ashley who helped me be seen despite some complications. To dental assistant whi helped me feel comfortable there for my first time, and finally the Dr, who was excellent, I did not feel the needles that numbed me and the extraction of tooth which came out painlessly and safely. I SPENT my whole life in a dentist office of some kind. I highly recommend all to go there, outstanding customer service!
I was so nervous, but Dr. Carey and his staff were wonderful! They treated me with kindness and compassion! Dr. Carey kept me informed and explained my options carefully. He was very patient with my questions! I would fully recommend him and his practice without hesitation!
Very nice staff and made me feel comfortable during the whole process, they let me pick my own music to listen to before going under and made sure I had everything I needed the day of and right after surgery. I have severe anxiety about 1: the dentist in general and 2: being put under, and I can say I would do it again with them if I ever needed.
This was the easiest procedure I have ever had. My family and friends are in shock at how fast it was, how we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. I am only 24 hours post op and my mouth feels great. They took great care with me during the procedure, I can tell because I still havent had much pain or soreness at all. You would never guess I had 3 teeth removed just yesterday morning. They sent over detailed instructions on what to eat for 2 weeks and how to properly clean my mouth.
