After coming here for over 6 months, I can confidently say that Ms. Denay M is by far the BEST sugarist I have had. Her attention to detail, kindness, and technique are outstanding. She made the whole process a fun experience. Definitely a joy and cannot wait to come back and work with her again :)

ABSOLUTELY WORSE EXPERIENCE I have ever had with customer service. I booked my appointment on July 9th for Saturday July 18th at 8:20am. The day before at 7pm I get a call from the staff saying the technician who was going to do my wax “broke her foot” and so they wanted me to come in at another time. I said sure no problem but then the lady on the phone said she was having issues with her computer and would give me a call. I can’t recommend this place enough! My appointments with my sugarist Wendy are always amazing. She has the best energy, is incredibly kind, and truly goes above and beyond for her clients. Her hands are so gentle and she makes the whole experience comfortable and easy. Every time I come in, she makes my visit great from start to finish. I have been to ALOT of sugaring places, even the salon suites business ones. And they don’t compare to LA bikini. I wish they would branch out! But overall BEST SERVICE! BEST RESULTS EVER! I have sensitive skin too. Sugaring is the best option everytime! But LA bikini doesn’t miss, so they are my GO-TO everytime for my sugaring services!
