Lucas Thomas, a loan officer here is a scammer. He advertises certifications that he doesn’t have. He says he’s a “certified bankability expert” which is a fake certification that isn’t regulated. He convinced me to allow a lien on my property to secure a loan he is personally liable for that was supposed to be backed by 100k dollars of company capital but he never funded the money and left me completely exposed. Stay away from anyone who does business with people like him.

I worked with Barrett Financial Group for a home purchase in Vegas and they were amazing. I worked with Brianna who was my loan officer and she was always helpful answering all my calls and texts. She guided me through the steps and was always responsive even during the weekends. Thank you for making it a smooth process for my first ever home purchase.

Stay far far away from this company. There is loan officer by name of Jorge Mata this guy will take your personal Information and give it out nothing is secure with this guy he also likes to go after minor kids and try to fight them in front of his house while he is clocked in on company time. He is not a good image or any way of representing this company
