My daughter needed dental surgery that required an expander in the after care. I met with dr Amanda and came up with a plan. The whole staff was very caring and made my nine year old daughter feel as comfortable and safe as possible. Of course the ice cream at the end was always a special treat. I highly recommend Barrie braces
Wow, what an amazing experience can't thank your team enough. On a Saturday a few weeks back at 4:30pm my daughter had a wire poking her gums and she was in so much pain. I called Barrie Braces which is not our Ortho and without any hesitation they said bring her in. We were heading away on vacation the next day and needed this to be resolved ASAP. We had a rocky start with an orthodontist who is no longer a part of the team. Since having a new orthodontist on the case the care has been exceptional. Dr Amanda has gone above and beyond to straighten out problems and misrepresentations that she had no part of. She took the time to explain and document everything, she ensured our concerns were addressed. The service and attention we received switching to this clinic is unmatched. Dr. Amanda has been so welcoming and easy to work with. She spent a lot of time with my son explaining all the procedures and made him feel very comfortable. We are very happy with the entire team at Barrie braces. I would highly recommend them for their professionalism and knowledge.
Excellent service and care. My children have their braces done at this dental office, and we are very happy with the results. The staff is friendly, patient, and always explains everything clearly. Appointments are on time, and you can tell they truly care about their patients. Highly recommended!
