Everyone was so friendly and so helpful. I also appreciate that they didn’t push extra products just to make more money. They really focussed on what was needed versus what could be done. You can’t go wrong going for a consultation, they are just great!
My daughter needed dental surgery that required an expander in the after care. I met with dr Amanda and came up with a plan. The whole staff was very caring and made my nine year old daughter feel as comfortable and safe as possible. Of course the ice cream at the end was always a special treat. We had a rocky start with an orthodontist who is no longer a part of the team. Since having a new orthodontist on the case the care has been exceptional. Dr Amanda has gone above and beyond to straighten out problems and misrepresentations that she had no part of. The service and attention we received switching to this clinic is unmatched. Dr. Amanda has been so welcoming and easy to work with. She spent a lot of time with my son explaining all the procedures and made him feel very comfortable. We are very happy with the entire team at Barrie braces. The space is spotless, bright and modern which really adds to the positive atmosphere. Everyone takes the time to answer questions and explain things clearly, and you can really tell they truly care about their patients.
