If a zero here were possible, I would CERTAINLY use it. They accused me of "having sub tenants." With no expectations why or even some sort of even description of who supposedly was living with me. The letter on the door, on a Friday, said I 2 weeks (14 days) to remedy or correct the situation. This became 6 days of calling more than 15 TIMES. And I understand I live here, but I have a disability that prevents a walk to the opposite side of the complex to an office that frequently is simply locked with out explanation or eve... read more
GREAT PLACE….Quick to fix any HVAC or APPLIANCES. They do proper inspections w/airfilters. They even plow the snow and salt the sidewalks. They empty all dumpsters weekly. They handle all noise complaints. Great place for families also….!
Ms. Geri is very nice and helpful when I needed certain things done for my apartment. But..... I've never got to enjoy my balcony and a bedroom window never got fixed. Loved my neighbor's, though.
Jerri, tammie & the maintenance man are wonderful to have here at Bashford. I've lived here for over 30 years & they are by FAR the best we've ever had! If something is in need of repair it is taken care of in a timely manner & is fixed the right way. The yearly recertification process is also done in a timely manner with no issues. I cannot say enough good things about this management team except thank you to them & to winterwood for having such exceptional employees!
I highly do not recommend Bashford. Their parking lot floods every single time it rains, you’ll be walking in ankle deep water to get in your car, the playground is unsafe for children, they have a roach problem, maintenance issues are almost never fixed, myself & my 3 young children went without AC for 6 months, the most they did was “change the filter” & didn’t even put the right size filter, until I finally contacted the supervisor to fix my AC.
