Ms. Geri is very nice and helpful when I needed certain things done for my apartment. But..... I've never got to enjoy my balcony and a bedroom window never got fixed. Loved my neighbor's, though.
Jerri, tammie & the maintenance man are wonderful to have here at Bashford. I've lived here for over 30 years & they are by FAR the best we've ever had! If something is in need of repair it is taken care of in a timely manner & is fixed the right way. The yearly recertification process is also done in a timely manner with no issues. I cannot say enough good things about this management team except thank you to them & to winterwood for having such exceptional employees!
I highly do not recommend Bashford. Their parking lot floods every single time it rains, you’ll be walking in ankle deep water to get in your car, the playground is unsafe for children, they have a roach problem, maintenance issues are almost never fixed, myself & my 3 young children went without AC for 6 months, the most they did was “change the filter” & didn’t even put the right size filter, until I finally contacted the supervisor to fix my AC. I love Bashford apartments. Jeri & Ronnie are the best people! I used to rent from them at another location. Got me in and papers signed in a day every quick and if I ever need anything they are always on it! By far the best landlord and handy man around! I’m very happy and wanted want to live anywhere else.
The manager Lynn has been wonderful to work with. She went out of her way to provide excellent service. I would highly recommend the Bashford apartment complex or any other of their apartments.
