I haven't even moved in and im giving this place a ZERO stars. I called spoke to Kiya who said 1 apt was open and another was coming open. I submitted my application along with $50 app fee. Cant get anyone to answer the phone and after 6 emails later with no answer, I write the parent company Winterwood. I finally got an email back that says im on the wait list but will not even tell me where bc the list is always changing. I would not have paid $50 to go on a list when I expected an apt.
