Staff in this office were very professional and very very kind.I didn't get names due to the circumstances of me being there but everyone from check in .to the nurse that started my IV ,to the doctors that did my procedures were so nice, funny and professional. Thank you

I canceled my colonoscopy procedure with him after after waiting for two hours beyond when the procedure was supposed to start. The patient in front of me waited 2.5 hours. I lost confidence in his ability to do things in a timely manner.

Really enjoyed seeing Dr. Al! He saw me a few times prior while I was a patient of Dr. Wehbi and couldn’t get in time him. His nurse was great as well. My only complaint was the front desk. Their system incorrectly verified my insurance benefits and I had to explain to them that it was wrong. Coming from a certified biller and from being a prior employee of the company that is not their normal practice but that’s ok we got it worked out I just know to confirm my own benefits before going.

Dr. Basil Al-Awabdy is the best. He listens to my concerns and truly has the patients best interests for treatment in mind. He is very thorough and explains all options available. He truly wants his patients to feel and get better, just not mask the issue with medication. But understands that medication is needed to help the pain. I will never see another doctor for gastro issues.

Dr.Al is the 2nd doctor that I have seen at this practice and by far my favorite. He is very caring, knowledgeable, and has excellent bedside manners. He took all of my health concerns seriously and has gone through great depths to source the issues and help me to get them under control. Cannot say enough great things about this doctor and his team.
