Dr Horn did an outstanding job on my face, neck and upper eyelid lift. I am thoroughly impressed by her and her amazing and personable nurses and staff. Everyone was always patient and knowledgeable to answer the numerous questions that I had over the last 2 months which were very helpful and appreciated. It's wonderful to no longer have the drooping eyelids and turkey neck that made me look so much older.
I researched different clinics before choosing this one. Went ahead and chose and trusted this one for lower facelift and neck. I realize it takes some time to heal to see the full effects. I now have deeper lines around my eyes, visible scars, and lumps on my upper neck that I was told would go away with time. Its been plenty of time, still there. Terrible experience! Have had numerous laser procedures over past 15-+ years and nothing was as near terrible as this lower lid Bleph experience. The biggest problem is that Dr Bassin used a CO2 laser -without numbing agent and without consent - and burned my lower lid skin. Four months later and the burns have not resolved….and he takes minimal to no accountability….flippant and rude. $3800 lost and feel totally scammed….and scarred.
I am at a loss for words. Just 7 days ago I went to Dr Horn for a face lift . I have had ZERO pain, I was not even uncomfortable to be honest. I returned back to work after three days (keeping it light duty) Following their post procedure directions to the T, I didnt even have any bruising! (which was my biggest fear) I had some slight yellowing that could easily be covered by foundation. The staff is amazing. I visited this office over a year ago and was interested in a lower face left. I allowed them to take a down payment on the procedure. In the meantime, I had some serious health issues that actually required surgery, and I called to tell them that I would not be getting the facelift anytime soon. I was told that I could reschedule at any time, however, I was not told that I would never get my down payment of $1500 back If I decided to not go through with the surgery.
