I have used Bates Collision several times and they did another great job on my recent repair. They are the best around, I will not go anywhere else. They kept me informed every step of the way, handled all of the insurance claim details from start to finish, they even have rental cars on site...and my car looks brand new! I highly recommend them!!

I backed into my neighbors car, he went to Bates to get an estimate. The price was fair, the estimate was complete and he was extremely pleased with the quick turn around time and the quality. I was so impressed that I brought my car to them also-the staff was friendly and very professional!
