Carson was an excellent representative for Bath Planet. Very personable and tried extremely hard to get what I wanted. Unfortunately, the product let us down. For the price, I couldn't get exactly what I needed so I had to say no. Carson was a true gentleman and took the news well. Thank you.
Bath Planet installed a very expensive shower in my home. The caulking looked like a child did it and the side panels were cut in places that should not have been cut. My contractor saw the cuts in the panels, and said they needed to be fixed before he could tile my walls. I called Bath Planet and left a voicemail to Chris, and he never got back to me. I had a shower installed. Very disappointed with the quality of the products used. Also I went over the plan with Dale, sales rep, and I was lied to. I was told they would use green board which is melded resistant but you can see they used plywood. I was also told plenty of mildew resistant foam would be used and only regular caulking/glue was used. The acrylic is very thin and not what I was shown when I signed up.
