I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Ali Mazaheri. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and kind, and he genuinely cares about his patients. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. The old adage of being afraid of the Dentist has been abolished if you are smart enough to go to Altima Bathurst-Steeles Dental Centre. The staff is amazing, friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. The Office Manager Rose is the backbone, heart and engine for this particular location. This review is for the amazing Rachel, I had dental cleaning done with her this morning and I must say that she is the most gentle yet thorough hygienist. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and is a wonderful person with good heart. Highly recommend!
I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Mazarei. He is extremely professional, skilled, and very knowledgeable. The clinic is clean, modern, and welcoming. Dr. Mazarei explains every step clearly and makes sure you feel comfortable throughout the entire treatment. My results were excellent and better than expected. I went in for an emergency dental. They were very accommodating and able to fit me in with a short notice. The was dentist was super nice and the receptionist was also very friendly. Mind you, I have my own dentist who I've been with for over a decade. Before giving this dental clinic ago, I also read the reviews. Most of the reviews are very positive. After today's visit, I have decided to switch.
