Absolutely awful experience! It wasn’t even about the information they shared, it was how they talked to me. Very rude and had no customer service.
Dealt with this company a few months ago. Some of Staff are rude. While I was Speaking with Lori She obviously didn’t have time and or didn’t want to help because She was breathing heavy as if she didn’t want to help. The whole conversation was filled with heavy sighs as if I was interrupting her day by her doing her job. She wouldn’t let me say a full sentence without interrupting and speaking to me in a very demeaning manner.
