Excellent contractor. Vigan is painstaking and honest. He does good work. We hired Vigan again this spring to rennovate our kitchen. I spoke to 4 contractors. Vigan was the only one who agreed to keep our existing granite counter, saving us a lot of money. He got us beautiful solid wood oak cabinets. One cabinet had pullout drawers for pots and pans. I had a leak in my bathroom floor with water going to my downstairs neighbor. I hired Vigan to remodel my bathroom. He went above and beyond what I expected. He made sure the leak was fixed while remodeling my entire bathroom exactly how I envisioned it. Vigan and his team were great to work with. I had a leak from a shower fixture that required breaking the tile in the shower and essentially forced a bathroom renovation that I wasn't keen to do. It ended up being probably about a 2/3 of the bathroom update and Vigan was one of the only contractors that was open to being flexible with the scope of the work. His prices were fair.
