I discovered a flat tire on my trailer at a fuel stop. I called Bauer Built Mankato, and was told they would get me in. Even though I arrived at noon, he got me in immediately, working through his lunch break. With a wheel weight causing the flat, it was not worth fixing. They had a good used tire on hand, and I was back on the road in a little over 30 minutes. Thanks!
We were there this summer in a Class C , E450 motorhome. I needed an alignment and made the appointment a week ahead. They got me in at the prescribed time and advised me at each step. Very pleased with the service and price. My 2nd stop in 3 years, great shop. You do need to make an appointment!
Amazing company!! Customer service like this is a rare thing these days. Had a trailer tire that needed to be replaced near their Mankato location. Left it in the lot overnight and called first thing in the morning. Even though this location deals primarily with larger commercial truck tires, store manager Matt went out of his way to get me a tire from another location and back on the road in no time at all. You won’t be disappointed if you choose this company for your tire needs!
