I can't say enough good about the service I received from this company. Paul, the manager was incredibly helpful. I was an hour and a half away from home and found a tire shredded on my horse trailer. They got me in super quickly. The manager was so gracious when I realized I had the wrong size tire put on and came back to get the right one. Again got me right in. The tech was awesome. You made my day better. I'd be a repeat customer if I lived closer. Thanks so much.

Ray and Max are great. Couldn’t be happier with them, after having done business with them over the past couple of years. They are honest, well-priced, great with communication, and do a professional and expedient job every time we have a truck up there. This week I mentioned to Max & Ray that had a staple in my car tire and I asked if they’d be willing to patch it - they said to bring it by and they’d take a look. I have a class A motorhome. Bauer Built Tire & Service were highly recommended. On initial visit for front end alignment, it was found there is a problem with the front left. On further investigating the problem, the bearing was bad. I had them replaced both front bearings ( L&R). The shop had great people working there, kept me informed throughout the repairs. They did not try to up sell products, only what was actually needed to fix the problems. Great service, front counter personnel and the mechanics who worked on my RV.... read more

IIt was my first time visiting this place, recommended by someone at a local dealership — and I’m so glad they did. It’s refreshing to find a shop with this level of honesty and service. Mr. Ray Weingartz took the time to explain how the tires on my box truck should wear properly. I learned a lot while his team rotated the tires, and I’m truly grateful for the experience. We’re so impressed that we’ve decided to come back to Mankato when it’s time to replace the tires. Thank you so much! ❤️

There's no screwing around waiting. They did a good job and fast. Showed up early for the appointment and they got me right in immediately.
