Prior to getting our storage unit, I had spoken to Anthony on the phone a couple of times. He was always pleasant and so helpful! He went above and beyond when we met in person to make sure we got everything completed in the timeframe that we needed. Excellent customer service and so far we are very happy the unit and location!
This facility checks all the boxes! I feel good about it's location on Bird and Willow rather than getting a storage unit on the other side of 87 (I don't feel as safe there). The storage units are clean and the staff is fantastic! Kristi helped me process in, and then eventually out when I no longer needed extra storage. There's no hard sales pitch. Think Kati was so very nice and kind. She was also helpful in a lot of ways. I have two storage's there and both her and the big guy Anthony have been very kind and helpful to both myself and my husband. Thanks to the both of them.
Great service, the first guy I met his name I think was Robert was very helpful, friendly and reserved a unit for me. Christy also helped me secure the unit and explained in detail what was expected as a customer. Definitely would recommend bay area self storage. Helpful and friendly staff.
It's Excellent. We all make mistakes. This place however treats their customers fairly and I wish them well. Excellent storage facility.
