This place is great! Good pricing and very clean. The gate hours are good, it’s until 9p. They have a truck that can be used once for moving in. You just have to replace the gas. Anthony is a really nice guy, friendly manager and the phone support is good too!
Honestly? The smoothest ever process of getting my items into storage with a *really* short notice. Anthony was in contact with me the whole time and he was so kind and helpful, even though I was bothering him on the weekend! He patiently walked me through the whole process, helped me with the first time access steps, and was so cheerful and friendly, it was a delight on an otherwise somber day! Premises are very clean and storage units are in great shape. Competitive prices and ammenities like free truck rental are a huge bonus for picking this place over others. Shout out to the manager Anthony, great guy helping me getting settled in and paperwork was a breeze.
This is my 2nd time using Bay Area Self Storage and I'm very happy with the help I've received getting my unit fast and easy. The onsite manager is an awesome guy. I'm trust my belongings here clearly coming back again. ☺️
I e been renting a unit from this facility for a little over one year. My previous facility had many issues like Rats and spider problems. This facility is maintained and clean. Everytime I go to my unit, it's clean and well kept. If I have any questions,. Tony the onsight manager is quick to take care of my needs.i would recommend this facility if your looking for storage. I always know my belongings are safe at BASS.
