The staff at Bay Area Surgical Arts are exceptionally friendly and make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The office itself is warm, cozy, spotless, and truly a pleasant place to be. The doctor is outstanding, knowledgeable, attentive, and thorough in explaining every step of the treatment. The entire experience was nothing short of excellent. Truly a 5-star service. I highly recommend this place!
I would like to first acknowledge the whole team, everyone was great and provided amazing care. From communication at the front desk to billing to the medical team everyone was transparent and available for questions or comments. I was always terrified from seeing the dentist let alone having surgery in my mouth (ptsd from childhood with dentist). From start to finish my wisdom teeth surgery (yeah plural all 4 at 55 y/o)was flawless-completely painless, professionally handled, and surprisingly comfortable. The staff was warm and attentive , and Dr. Massoomi expertise and calming demeanor made all the difference . I couldn’t have asked for a better experience .
I am so pleased with the care I received from Dr. Massoomi and his staff. I had a very difficult procedure with many implants and I can hardly believe how painless it was. I was thrilled with the robotic technology that he used. I highly recommend him for any oral surgery needs that you have!
Dr Massoomi and his team were extremely professional, skilled, gentle, and caring. They were very thorough, and took the time to make sure I understood everything about my procedure and what to expect after it was over.
