I'm utterly shocked to read so many terrible reviews for this group of lovely professionals. Last night, New Year's Day, my OG, my true ride or die, my bestest bud needed help.. she was dying suddenly at home. I called in an utter panic and the lovely gal who answered the phone was 💯 compassionate and helpful.. she told me to bring my baby in and they would help her. Unfortunately, about a week ago we had to rush our dog to the emergency room. Obviously, your dog being incredibly sick is never a good time; however, I would like to just say “thank you”. Thank you to the animal doctors and nurses here. Our little girl had to be hospitalized and stayed here for almost three days. The team at Bay Beach was nothing short of exceptional. It’s tough to rate a place where your furry companion is in dire need for you to be at this place. BUT thank goodness for places like Bay Beach Vet Emergency Hospital it’s the first place you need to know has your back. The staff is friendly and competent. The lobby, seating area is charming with seasonal decor (Fall, Thanksgiving, Halloween at this time) and orange seats, welcoming at the stressful times or early morning emergencies. They were so sweet and took great care of our dog in our time of need. Then, when nothing else could help, they helped us to say goodbye to her in the kindest way.

Yesterday we had to put our dog, Cooper down. We weren’t expecting it and I can’t tell you how WONDERFUL the staff and vet were at Nimmo pkwy location. They were kind, gave us time with our 15 year old pup that we ADORED. We are heartbroken, but the staff and very supportive vet made it so much easier. THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts!
