This is the worst pet hospital to ever exist. My dachshund, 6 years old at the time, had fallen down the stairs of our home while we weren’t home because someone who visited had left the stair door open. Coming home, she seemed fine but after a day she began dragging her back legs to which we immediately took her to a pet hospital that was recommended to us. This pet hospital. It was heart breaking to need their services, but I'm grateful that they were available to help us in our tragic after hours emergency. They were quick and kind in their care to our dog and to us. They gave us as much time as we needed to make tough decisions and to allow time for our family to drive and in say good bye to our boy. They even had a jar of good bye kisses, so our dog could enjoy chocolate before he crossed the rainbow bridge. I cannot express enough gratitude to Bay Beach Veterinary Hospital for the compassionate care they provided during such a difficult time. We had to say goodbye to our beloved puppy, and the staff guided us through the process with empathy and professionalism. They took the time to ensure that our puppy was comfortable and loved, making the experience as peaceful as possible. The staff here at Bay Beach on Nimmo are so compassionate. Every time we called to tell them we had an emergency and were on the way, they let us know that they would be ready for our arrival. They were very thoughtful and understanding about what we wanted for our pet. They were so kind until the very end. They let us have time with our dog. I can never thank them enough for their patience. Thank you so much to everyone here…

I'm utterly shocked to read so many terrible reviews for this group of lovely professionals. Last night, New Year's Day, my OG, my true ride or die, my bestest bud needed help.. she was dying suddenly at home. I called in an utter panic and the lovely gal who answered the phone was 💯 compassionate and helpful.. she told me to bring my baby in and they would help her.
