Dr. Neil Gorme was professional. He was kind, explained the x-rays to me, gave me options/suggestions, asked me questions, and spoke to me nice and not condescendingly like some other dentists have done. The staff was polite, worked well as a team, thoroughly explained the post-op procedures to me, etc.. I am extremely pleased with the tooth extraction via gen anesthesia.
I just had a tooth removed today that has been killing me. I haven’t been to the dentist in awhile so I was fully of anxiety. As soon as I got into the chair the staff and Dr.Gorme started talking to me and calmed me right down. Dr. Gorme is very knowledgeable and caring. I will being getting all my dental work done by him from now on.
The doctor and staff were incredibly kind and helpful. My 13 year old son had 3 teeth extracted. The doctor called from his personal cell phone on a Friday night to check on him, make sure he was doing well, and to see if I had any questions. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Very impressive!
Dr Chritah and his staff always do an awesome job. Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and compassionate to the patient’s needs. He has done extractions for all three of my kids. Patients with serve anxiety need not worry when in the care of this office! The office is so clean. The staff is so efficient at getting you in, listen to all of your needs, and out feeling better in no time.
This place was great. It was fast and I have not had any pain from my tooth being pulled. My only suggestion is to have a printed copy of instructions for after a procedure to give to a patient. I was told a few things, but was just woken up from anesthesia, so that wasn't the time to tell me things. Luckily I have had teeth pulled before and knew what to expect.
