My husband and I are in the process of moving and were actively looking for a new dentist closer to our new home. We scheduled an appointment with this clinic and were hopeful it would be a good long term fit. Prior to the visit, I was sent an intake form by text. I called the office because I have multiple medical conditions that require proper documentation, and the form did not allow adequate space to record them accurately. Delighted. Took 94 year-old mother for her visit with Dr. Goldshlager. Everyone was excellent, kind and make sure to explain the treatment. The front-desk staff was friendly as well.
I am a relatively new patient, of Dr. Jason and Dental Hygenist Cheryl, at Bayview Village Dental and have been especailly pleased with the high level of professionalism, cleanliness, use of some of the most advanced dental equipment, thoughtfulness in answering questions, and creating an all around warm and welcoming atmosphere shown by all staff members. This was my first visit to this clinic. I have just moved to North York. I am a senior citizen with mobility issues. I arrived at the clinic late because it was snowing and the large mall is intimidating. However, the treatment I received was excellent. The doctor is very professional, thorough, and caring. The receptionist went beyond the call of duty to accommodate my late arrival. Furthermore, I was informed that this clinic offers peri-dental service and implants, which will suit my needs.
