Oh boy did they try to pull fast one. They tried to charge me 5000.00 in extra fees after the msrp and told me the msrp went way up. .I had my bill of sale from Last year for the exact same make and model... exact same msrp. Some of the exact same fees were over a thousand more. And a care package to make sure the vehicle is good to go... sir it's brand new and I wasn't charged that last year. Unreal. Don't bother.
They first booked your appointment as car is available when you reach they told that car sold before 20-30 minutes It happened 2 times with us. The product specialist owen have zero knowledge about car . The sales representative leeann is also giving same answer ohh that was sold in 20 minutes. They didn’t inform clients for that. Owen at Baywest Mitsubishi was great to deal with. I let him know what we were looking for an Outlander PHEV and he said he would let me know when one came in so that I could have a look and take it for a drive. He called me a couple of weeks later to let me know one came in. I was able to take it for a drive and I was serious about buying so they even let me take it home overnight to make sure our kids car seats and strollers would fit in.
