We had an issue with our heating in early December 2024 (right during a cold snap) and noticed the issue on a Sunday. B&B was one of the few companies who could come out for repairs/maintenance same day (our company at the time would not). We had a friendly and efficient technician names Young come to our house within a few hours of our call. Gu arrived within 1 hour of us calling on a weekend. He quickly figured out our problem and fixed it until the correct part arrived. He also changed my filter without prompt and took the old one away to trash. He then returned and again made the replacement quickly. Was impressed by the service provided - above and beyond. So much so that we signed up for their maintenance and service contract!
Thanks to Young & Eder for the fast furnace replacement. Have a contract with B&B for a few years now. This winter I had 2 separate issues with my old furnace within 2 weeks. The first issue I decided to go for a repair which needed a control board ordered since the furnace was so old. When it went a second time I decided to go for a full replacement. If you want to be upsold and overcharged their perfect! There is a reason why everyone calls them the Beltway Bandits. I had to learn the hard way. I had a Heatpump and Air handler installed by B&B in 2022. The service included a two year service and maintenance plan, which was two visits a year for two years to inspect and maintain the unit. In 2024, at the end of my service plan the heat pump stops working. They diagnosed that the Reversing Valve went bad and wanted to charge me $2800 to fix it! I talked to the manager ... read more
