Our wonderful experience began with Tommy and Kevin arriving on time. They put on booties to enter our home. After some questions they analyzed the system. The honestly tried to revive the old thing but age and redundancy made that impractical. They presented our options and contacted their office. They were quickly able to present us with a very fair replacement unit. This they could have installed by weeks end. My wife and I agreed and stage two began. Your service person, Brendon, was great. He explained our problem clearly, fixed it, and tested the repair thoroughly. He went out of his way to check the filter in our humidifier and gave me a good lesson on replacing it. He left our house neat and clean. Great representative for B&B, send him here anytime!
The man who did the winter maintenance on our two furnaces, and who also replaced our old thermostat with a new one, was named Brendan, and in my opinion, he did an excellent job on both tasks. Actually I think that he did more than an excellent job. For instance, he informed me that our humidifier was unplugged, which I wasn't aware of because I hadn't been told that it was going to be unplugged.
