B&B installed a new hydronic air handler in my condo located in North Bethesda. I was highly satisfied with the company from start to finish. Very reliable company. They are always willing to fix rather than replace and I appreciate their honesty. Brendon was professional, optimistic and efficient. Had a great can-do attitude when my air conditioner stopped working in 90 degree weather!
My air conditioning stopped working. I called B&B at 2pm. They sent Dave A. that afternoon! Dave A. has been here before and always demonstrates excellent service. The compressor and the Freon had stopped functioning. Dave worked all after noon. He managed to free up the compressor! Dave A. thought there was a chance to fix the system with a special part. Our wonderful experience began with Tommy and Kevin arriving on time. They put on booties to enter our home. After some questions they analyzed the system. The honestly tried to revive the old thing but age and redundancy made that impractical. They presented our options and contacted their office. They were quickly able to present us with a very fair replacement unit. This they could have installed by weeks end. My wife and I agreed and stage two began. So incredibly disappointed in this company. We paid for the membership fee that was supposed to be discount on parts and free labor. So our ac broke and we contacted them, they came quickly but we were given a shock. We were quoted $25,000. We talked to management to see why it was costing that much. At first he said well that’s labor, and we reminded him of the membership. He then quickly changes and said well that’s installment. And we correct him and say that’s labor.
