Our wonderful experience began with Tommy and Kevin arriving on time. They put on booties to enter our home. After some questions they analyzed the system. The honestly tried to revive the old thing but age and redundancy made that impractical. They presented our options and contacted their office. So incredibly disappointed in this company. We paid for the membership fee that was supposed to be discount on parts and free labor. So our ac broke and we contacted them, they came quickly but we were given a shock. We were quoted $25,000. We talked to management to see why it was costing that much. Service Maintenance Agreement is a SCAM. You get promised "no labor charges for service or repairs, 10% parts discounts" & "special sales and discounts on any replacement or add on" equipment. What they don't tell is that they mark up the cost of replacement parts by 4 to 5 times of the market price, then "subtract" the discounts. My system needed a $1000 part replaced. Probably the best air conditioning repair company I’ve called in 30 years. They came within an hour on a late Friday afternoon, got the AC fixed and we’re reasonably priced. Just an awesome company and service level. The technician, Twan, was great as well.
B&B A/C and Heating sent their tech Brendan today to inspect and provide maintenance to my heat pump and two mini splits. Very friendly, but also inspected and cleaned the three units efficiently. Very pleased with B&B’s maintenance plan so far!
