We truly enjoy living here! The community is welcoming, the neighbors are kind, and there’s always a good vibe here. I love how the leasing team hosts monthly events for residents — it really makes a difference and helps create a sense of community. It’s been a great experience overall, and we love where we live.
I love living here. The community is beautiful, love the kind neighbors, awesome leasing staff and maintenance gets things done on time. Leasing does a great job with the monthly events and that's something I appreciate because it brings everyone together. Overall, it's been a good experience and my family is happy we chose to live here.
The staff is exceptional! That definitely includes the Maintenance crew. Quick to respond to request and answers to questions. Never making us feel like a nuisance to them at any time. Offering activities for families, maintaining the ground's, an overall pleasant place live.
A great community to be a part of, apartments are spacious and modern Management loves to engage with people, and the maintenance crew is second to none. We’ve called BB Living at Val Vista home for four years now. We love it here.
Janelle was such a pleasure to work with. She answered any questions promptly, and was professional. She has made an out of town move smooth for my family. I am pleased with the size of my townhome and the amenities of both my home and the property. I look forward to a great living experience here at Val Vista.
