I lived here for 2 years, there’s good to this community and bad. I’ll start with the good: the townhomes are nice, spacious and come with attached garages. The community has decent amenities but it’s large so they are crowded and is private and tucked away but not to far from some things to do (Santan marketplace etc). Here’s the bad: parking is horrendous. Not entirely on the new management company because of a lack of space. However ParkM when paired with all city towing is effectively useless. Easy moving process! Megan was very helpful during our move in August! The community is always kept neat and clean! We love our new home & enjoy our new neighbors!
Been here just over a year, quite neighbors & neighborhood. Nicely apppinted units. Maintenance requests are addressed in a timely manner. Office staff are quite helpful & very friendly! Great community feel for families with kids!
Loved all Mark Taylor properties. BB Living is a great family oriented facility. Very welcoming. Only issue is parking it’s a hassle other than that everything is spot on.
TLDR; Tow Happy community! No parking in-community no parking across the street, & they will tow your car without hesitation. No parking available, & that’s YOUR problem This rating is as a guest. I try to visit my friend that lives here often. Actually not often enough. Every single time I drive down here it’s some kind of issue. At first it was paying $2/day for parking.
