Living at BB Living has truly been an amazing experience. The community is beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and offers such a welcoming atmosphere. One of the standout parts of living here has been Janelle in the front office — she is absolutely incredible. BB living community is perfect for families. I really enjoy the fact that it feels like a stand alone space. It makes letting kids play together in the multiple grassy areas feel very secure. The amenities are well kept and the staff very friendly.
The price for the size is good, so no complaints there. However, you see lots of people smoking weed in the complex, people in their cars parked drinking & smoking late at night. The parking is horrible because its essentially taken by residents. You have 2 spots for you but if you want guest to come over, there is no where to park. You have to pay a 3rd service to park in a spot but nearly 99% are taken. Additionally, the place is affected by the recent water increase by the city of Gilbert. I absolutely loved living here — it was one of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed! The entire community was always so clean and well-maintained. The leasing office team and maintenance staff were both amazing — always so friendly, professional, and quick to help with anything that came up. there were always activities going on.
