My favorite thing about this community is the maintenance staff. The townhouse is great and I have no issues with the home or the amenities. The staff are always professional, thorough with the work and quick to respond. That means a lot for a renter. The largest con is the parking. Don’t move in here if you have more than 2 vehicles, want guests to come visit or want to use part or all of your garage thus preventing a vehicle from being stored in the garage. I want to start by saying that it’s been an absolute pleasure to work with Megan since we started the application process. She is very kind and very knowledgeable. She’s been able to answer all our questions in a timely manner and she definitely made the process of applying and getting ready for move in very easy. Janelle was such a pleasure to work with. She answered any questions promptly, and was professional. She has made an out of town move smooth for my family. I am pleased with the size of my townhome and the amenities of both my home and the property. I look forward to a great living experience here at Val Vista.
So far we love it! Very modern and spacious. Huge dog park. Family friendly which we love! Nice pool with hot tub. Smart home and ring doorbell. Great location and feels like your own home. Can't hear the neighbors like I did at my last place and comes with a nice two car garage. Staff are very kind and informative. Non judgemental amazing people. Megan got us all taken care of very quickly and is also very responsive via email.
The community was always clean, safe, and well-maintained. The amenities were top-notch and added real value to my time there. The leasing office staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. Maintenance requests were handled promptly with great communication throughout. The location is also a major plus—situated in an excellent part of town with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Highly recommend!
