I want to start by saying that it’s been an absolute pleasure to work with Megan since we started the application process. She is very kind and very knowledgeable. She’s been able to answer all our questions in a timely manner and she definitely made the process of applying and getting ready for move in very easy. She’s gone above and beyond in our first few days here to help us solve some issues, and we’re very grateful for her. The community is very nice and quiet. The community was always clean, safe, and well-maintained. The amenities were top-notch and added real value to my time there. The leasing office staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. Maintenance requests were handled promptly with great communication throughout. The location is also a major plus—situated in an excellent part of town with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Highly recommend!
So far we love it! Very modern and spacious. Huge dog park. Family friendly which we love! Nice pool with hot tub. Smart home and ring doorbell. Great location and feels like your own home. Can't hear the neighbors like I did at my last place and comes with a nice two car garage. Staff are very kind and informative. Non judgemental amazing people. Megan got us all taken care of very quickly and is also very responsive via email.
Megan and the staff were helpful throughout the move-in process. We had a few small requests that we noticed during the move-in, which were promptly handled. Very nice community with warm and friendly neighbors. Like many others, I am concerned about the lack of parking spaces for visitors.
We are just about to move in and so far we have had wonderful customer service from the management staff. Kris was the first person I interacted and toured with and he’s been so nice and helpful. Megan helped my family and I secure a parking spot for one of our vehicles and we really appreciated the extra effort and consideration. So far so good!
