I absolutely loved living here — it was one of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed! The entire community was always so clean and well-maintained. The leasing office team and maintenance staff were both amazing — always so friendly, professional, and quick to help with anything that came up. there were always activities going on. A great community to be a part of, apartments are spacious and modern Management loves to engage with people, and the maintenance crew is second to none. We’ve called BB Living at Val Vista home for four years now. We love it here.
My favorite thing about this community is the maintenance staff. The townhouse is great and I have no issues with the home or the amenities. The staff are always professional, thorough with the work and quick to respond. That means a lot for a renter. The largest con is the parking. Don’t move in here if you have more than 2 vehicles, want guests to come visit or want to use part or all of your garage thus preventing a vehicle from being stored in the garage. I want to start by saying that it’s been an absolute pleasure to work with Megan since we started the application process. She is very kind and very knowledgeable. She’s been able to answer all our questions in a timely manner and she definitely made the process of applying and getting ready for move in very easy.
