I absolutely loved living here — it was one of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed! The entire community was always so clean and well-maintained. The leasing office team and maintenance staff were both amazing — always so friendly, professional, and quick to help with anything that came up. there were always activities going on. My favorite thing about this community is the maintenance staff. The townhouse is great and I have no issues with the home or the amenities. The staff are always professional, thorough with the work and quick to respond. That means a lot for a renter. The largest con is the parking. Don’t move in here if you have more than 2 vehicles, want guests to come visit or want to use part or all of your garage thus preventing a vehicle from being stored in the garage. Janelle was such a pleasure to work with. She answered any questions promptly, and was professional. She has made an out of town move smooth for my family. I want to start by saying that it’s been an absolute pleasure to work with Megan since we started the application process. She is very kind and very knowledgeable. She’s been able to answer all our questions in a timely manner and she definitely made the process of applying and getting ready for move in very easy. From the start the application process was a nightmare. Megan, the Leasing and Marketing Team Lead, was rude and dismissive during our communications, and consistently failed to communicate requirements of the process. From failing to request copies of our Driver’s Licenses until move in day, to failing to provide an updated quote after she created the wrong one. The worst part comes the day after move in.
