A friend recommended Beaches and Braces, and I was really impressed with my initial visit. I took my son for a consultation, and as soon as we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly. Although our appointment was at 1:40 pm, I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly everything progressed. Great friendly atmosphere! Dr. Coe is amazing and kind. Him and others there take their time explaining everything to make sure you are comfortable. After my appointment I received after care treatment notes and some goodies. I also loved without even asking they gave me a work note for my appointment and future appointment reminder info. I just started my treatment plan and excited to see my new smile after treatment !!
I absolutely love Dr. Coe and all his staff! They are super friendly and very professional. They always know your name and make you feel so special. Scheduling appointments is a breeze! We had a great experience! No high pressure sales. Went over the options with both my son and I. He was able to make some decisions for the treatment plan he would receive. We visited multiple other orthodontists when trying to decide on one. Dr. Coe was the only one that talked the process through and gave options. Their office staff is so helpful and kind too!
The whole team is amazing from the time you walk in and check in for your appointment. They’re friendly and very helping it took about an hour in total. I love how they talk you through it and make sure you’re good throughout the whole process.
