My experience with beacon credit union was amazing. I called and set up an appointment with Sara and she explained everything in detail and helped me to the fullest extent with any questions I had. She showed me all my paperwork and what I needed to do with it. Was done with the appointment in no time . It's a great place to do business with and all the people are great. I'd recommend anyone to go beacon credit union to do their banking and business with . I'm glad I went to them .
We went to the Forest Branch and we're assisted by Sara Cash. She could not have been any more professional. She had knowledge to help us decide the best product for our benefit. Sara is a pure delight and took time to explain to us all the details. She answered all our questions. We left Beacon feeling so happy about our new CD and the care we were given.
The associates at Beacon took extra time with me to ensure my issues were resolved with my online access, appreciate them greatly!
