We went to the Forest Branch and we're assisted by Sara Cash. She could not have been any more professional. She had knowledge to help us decide the best product for our benefit. Sara is a pure delight and took time to explain to us all the details. She answered all our questions. We left Beacon feeling so happy about our new CD and the care we were given.
My experience with beacon credit union was amazing. I called and set up an appointment with Sara and she explained everything in detail and helped me to the fullest extent with any questions I had. She showed me all my paperwork and what I needed to do with it. Was done with the appointment in no time . It's a great place to do business with and all the people are great. I'd recommend anyone to go beacon credit union to do their banking and business with . I'm glad I went to them .
What a wonderful experience I had with Sara. I refinanced my new car for a lower interest rate. She was very caring, experienced and most of all professional. I enjoyed working with her and would highly recommend Beacon credit Union.
Sara Cash, Rt. 221 Branch, was fantastic to work with! She assisted us with refinancing our “new” used car one week after purchase, getting us a much lower interest rate, and saving $50/month over the length of the loan. Sara was so very helpful-I would definitely recommend contacting her for any questions about car loans or other products at Beacon!!
You have the most thoughtful, caring associates at the Forest Road branch, then any other bank we have been with. We can't say enough great things about any of them. We dealt with Sarah, and she could not have been more efficient and helpful. They all are great representatives of BCU
