1st time inside - friendly, courteous service with no wait. There is definitely a distinct musty smell, I can't comment on how long it's been there but glad I was in and out.

The initial customer service interactions were great. However, I had a single overdraft at the beginning of this month. I immediately transfered the funds to fix this. In response they locked my debit card, didn't bother calling me about it, and want $10 from me (on top of the overdraft fee) to cover reactivating my debit card. It has been nearly impossible to get my money out of this bank. I'm sure it's fine if you do all your business in person and use cash a lot but this is not a great bank for people who need modern acce... read more
