Bad drainage along fences. When it rains, it gets muddy so we had to fence around the fence to keep dog from tracking in mud. It would be nothing for the mower to weed eat inside of fence, but they have no pride in their work to make lawn nice. Rent is too high, keeps going up every year. We will not be staying.

The experience my family and I have had has not been great. We have had multiple maintenance issues that have either been solved extremely late or not at all. We had an ant issue in our home that lasted multiple days because nobody would come out and help. We first moved in two years ago and paid for our own pest control and it was amazing. Once Beall Way said they're adding pest control as a part of an amenities package (which is non optional), we canceled our own because we did not want to pay for two and it was horrible. ... read more

Houses are pop-up homes, so they are okay. Insulation is terrible. Management is the worst management I have ever had. They NEVER answer the phone. I’m not even sure there is an actually phone or office. I’ve only spoken to someone maybe twice, and that was to get money from me. There is ZERO communication or consistency. Everyone’s pet rent is different. They charge me pet rent on top of amenities, but some neighbors have pet rent taken from the amenities fee. There was a miscommunication in regards to an access code for move in that resulted in movers coming at an earlier time slot and not receiving an access code at the time promised. That resulted in me and movers waiting until that time we received it to move the furniture to the new home. Property manager Brook took this situation seriously. She apologized, acknowledged the miscommunication, and was able to get a concession for the amount I lost due to the miscommunication. Wow! I’ve been living here for 8 months and with the previous management it was almost impossible to get in touch with anyone regarding maintenance requests, questions, etc! It’s only been a few days but now that a new management that has taken over, I receive the answers to my questions with such a quick turnaround time which is a breathe of fresh air! On top of that, every person I’ve spoken with so far has been super helpful and kind. Very excited to see the changes made to this community moving forward :)
