We had a great experience at this dentist. The office is very toddler-friendly, with plenty of toys to keep little ones entertained. The doctors and staff were all wonderful, kind, and patient, and the checkup went very smoothly. Highly recommended for families with young children.

Absolutely amazing experience. Our newborn had a tongue and lip tie. Doctor Tommy & his staff were so informative, compassionate and comforting throughout the entire process! Dr Tommy explained everything thoroughly and the procedure was quick and smooth! He went through the aftercare instructions thoroughly and even sent videos to help us with the lip and tongue stretches we needed to do. We absolutely love Bear Brook Pediatric Dentistry—my daughter genuinely loves going to the dentist now, which still feels like a minor miracle. From the moment you walk in, it feels more like a fun kids’ play space than a doctor’s office. There are toys everywhere, prizes for the kids, and even Netflix on two TVs—one mounted on the ceiling so kids can watch while getting their teeth cleaned. I have a 4 year old autistic son who has been going to BearBrook since he was 1 year old. They are so thoughtful in everything they do and make sure my son is included in every step. They provide breaks, visuals, let him interact with the instruments, and explain every step to him directly. Appointments are quick enough for him but never rushed. We've also had to switch dentists within the practice and continuity of care was also 10/10! Highly recommend.
