We had an amazing experience in Bear Brook! My son (2.7 y/o) was calm and excited, Dr. Tommy Lee and stuff are very professional, with an amazing approach to children! I’m so happy my son enjoyed his teeth cleaning.
We have had very positive experiences at Bear Brook with our 3 yr old! He now loves going to the dentist! The staff is wonderful and welcoming and Dr. Tommy was so great with my son. He explained everything before and let my son practice with the dental tools on this toy alligator. The office has a lot of cute things for kids including a tv on the ceiling for them to watch during their visit and toys from a treasure chest afterwards. We were so impressed with our experience! The office is beautifully designed to cater to our 2.5 year old, and the entire staff was so accommodating during the whole visit. Our daughter did a great job with the cleaning and seemed very prepared by everything the dentist modeled on the stuffed animal before checking her teeth. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great pediatric dentist!
We had the best experience for my 15 month old’s first dental visit! From the moment we walked in the staff was so kind and inviting! The space is great, clean and had a very cute waiting area for little ones to play. They were so calm and patient with my daughter and really took their time getting her acclimated to the space and the dental tools. 10/10 would recommend going there for your kiddos!!
The service at Bear Brook Pediatrics is truly exceptional. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by warm, friendly faces. The staff is incredibly helpful and responsive. My child saw Dr. Shreya, who was not only delightful but also very informative. I never felt rushed, and every question I had was answered thoroughly—and then some. I highly recommend this office without hesitation!
