We had an amazing experience! Our daughter had her first dentist appointment and the dentist and staff were so welcoming, warm, and kind. My daughter was super relaxed, watched Netflix during her appointment and got to pick out her own flavored toothpaste which she loved. The exam rooms are so thoughtfully decorated to make the kids feel at ease. So glad we found you all! 😊
We had a great experience at this dentist. The office is very toddler-friendly, with plenty of toys to keep little ones entertained. The doctors and staff were all wonderful, kind, and patient, and the checkup went very smoothly. Highly recommended for families with young children.
We’ve been bringing our 3 year old son here twice a year since he was just 6 months old, and every visit has been such a positive experience. The office is always clean and bright, and Dr. Tommy & the entire team are always incredibly friendly, patient, and welcoming. I can’t say enough good things about Bear Brook Dental. We’ve been coming here for regular check ups since my daughter was 2 and have always had a great experience. Yesterday my daughter had a dental emergency, and even though we didn’t have an appointment and they were literally about to close for the day, they made time to see her without hesitation. Absolutely amazing experience. Our newborn had a tongue and lip tie. Doctor Tommy & his staff were so informative, compassionate and comforting throughout the entire process! Dr Tommy explained everything thoroughly and the procedure was quick and smooth! He went through the aftercare instructions thoroughly and even sent videos to help us with the lip and tongue stretches we needed to do.
