Great experience. VERY thorough. They're gentle with the kids and really take their time to explain everything. Also, they've got some modern technology that other dentists don't have (like a camera to show you inside your kids' mouth where the problem areas are). Highly recommend.
I would honestly give Bear Brook 10 stars. The atmosphere is so friendly and welcoming, the staff are all so sweet, and the doctors and assistants are amazing with my son. He's 4 and is actually excited to come to his appointments. Between the toys in the waiting room, the fun decor and kids shows in the treatment room, and the prizes afterward, Bear Brook makes going to the dentist a fun adventure instead of the terrifying experience it was for many of us growing up. Incredible experience with Dr. Tommy! We were working with another dentist we weren't happy with and were referred over to Bear Brook and Dr. Tommy and we are so happy we did! Dr. Tommy was thorough, patient and my 5 year old son was relaxed (which never happens at the dentist). The whole experience was lovely start to finish!
Excellent first trip to the dentist experience for my daughter. The office was beautiful and the doctors, nurses & staff was kind and friendly. We will be back!!
Incredible experience! My toddler has meltdowns at every doctor’s appointment, but he said he had so much fun at Dr. Tommy’s office. We are so grateful to be his clients. 🙏
