We had a great first experience at Bear Brook Dental Care this morning. The office is so kid friendly and we were relieved that there were many fun distractions in the patient rooms (stuffed animals, beautifully decorated walls, television screens, etc.). Dr. Selin was so kind and understanding that our 15-month-old was a first timer and made the treatment part of the appointment go by super quickly, which was a huge plus for us. I had an absolutely tremendous experience at this dentistry! Every single person I interacted with was extremely polite, kind, and professional. The team was patient and made me feel completely at ease throughout my visit. The office itself is spotless - clean, modern, and beautifully designed. You can tell they truly care about both their patients and their craft. I honestly cannot recommend this place highly enough!
From the moment we walked in, the staff created a warm, welcoming environment that immediately put our son at ease. The giant stuffed giraffe was especially inviting and the Coway air purifier, yes!! We had the privilege of being seen by Dr. LaBruna. Her kindness and ability to explain everything in a parent-friendly way turned what could have been a nerve-wracking experience into an enjoyable one. We visited the clinic with our two daughters, ages 6 and 4. The dentist was extremely patient and kind — he explained exactly what he was doing and made them feel completely comfortable. Our 4-year-old is usually afraid of doctors, but this time she jumped right into the chair! During the exam they got to watch TV and enjoyed every moment.
